Extending human healthspan and longevity | Alina Rui Su, CEO of Generation Lab

Alina has a passion for biotech and healthcare, with a personal mission to empower accessible healthcare for all. Alina was inspired to focus on Aging & Regeneration while working as a researcher at Harvard Medical School during her PhD and The Conboy Laboratory at UC Berkeley. Alina was featured on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list Boston in 2023 and is an alum of tech accelerators Y Combinator and TechStars.

Prior to co-founding Generation Lab, Alina was the founder and CEO of startup NovaXS, where she developed a needle-free injection Platform to help patients get better, more pain-free care. After, she founded Generation Lab with mentor Dr. Irina Conboy and Michael Suswal. Generation Lab is extending the human healthspan with the first test based on biomedical evidence that measures an individual’s biological age progression.

Co-founded by Irina Conboy, a preeminent aging and longevity researcher from UC Berkeley, Generation Lab combines a simple cheek-swab test with proprietary techniques to definitively measure molecular disbalance that indicates aging and risk of disease. The company works with clinicians who can recommend personalized interventions, and Generation Lab can measure the effectiveness of these over time.
